Terms and Conditions
for the use of Adict.ai (SaaS)
1. Contracting Entity
Adict.ai is a software product within the digitLabs group.
For customers located in the European Union (EU/EEA):

For customers located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
The contracting party is:

United Arab Emirates
The applicable contracting entity is determined by the customer’s registered business location and is specified in the onboarding agreement, subscription confirmation, and invoices.
2. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Adict.ai and any related services offered by the Provider.
3. Service
Adict.ai provides CRM, billing workflows (including usage-based billing), and AI-assisted insights. Features may evolve over time.
4. Accounts
- Users must provide accurate registration information.
- Credentials must be kept confidential.
- Users are responsible for activity under their account, unless caused by the Provider.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees depend on the chosen plan. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
6. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful content or activities.
- No unauthorized access attempts or interference with the service.
- No reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution beyond mandatory legal exceptions.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where required, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available.
8. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages arising from breach of essential contractual obligations, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Term & Termination
Term and cancellation depend on the selected plan. Access may be suspended for material breach or non-payment after notice.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where permitted.
